Thank you for choosing Heart of Land. We care deeply about the quality of every handmade crystal and natural gemstone piece, and we want your shopping experience to feel clear, fair, and secure. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. 30-Day Return Window
Heart of Land offers a 30-day return policy.
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as “delivered,” based on the carrier’s delivery timestamp, to request a return. Return requests submitted after 30 days cannot be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility & Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
- All security tags, original tags, branded packaging, jewelry pouch, jewelry box, cards, and included accessories must remain intact.
- Proof of purchase or the original order confirmation must be provided.
- Heart of Land reserves the right to refuse any return if the item shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, missing accessories, or incomplete packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, safety, customization, and special sale conditions, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Earrings: For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Clearance / Sale / Final Sale Items: Any item marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance or special sale events.
- Gift Cards: Digital gift cards are non-refundable once purchased.
- Customized Items: Items involving custom sizing, engraving, personalized design, or special customization services cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
4. Natural Crystal & Gemstone Disclaimer
Crystals and gemstones are products of nature. Each natural stone has its own unique texture, color, and original characteristics.
The following are normal characteristics of natural stones and are not considered defects or damage:
- Natural inclusions
- Natural internal cracks or ice cracks
- Mineral traces, pits, cloudy areas, or cotton-like inclusions
- Color depth and tone variations
- Subtle differences in size, shape, or natural pattern
These natural characteristics are important proof that genuine crystals and gemstones are different from industrially manufactured materials. Because natural stones can never be perfectly identical, the actual product may vary slightly from the images shown.
5. Metaphysical & Energy Experience Disclaimer
Crystal energy, wearing experience, and spiritual meaning are subjective personal experiences. They do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, or guaranteed results.
Heart of Land does not accept refund requests based on:
- Not feeling the expected energetic effect
- Personal disappointment with the crystal’s meaning, spiritual experience, or perceived energy
- Subjective dissatisfaction based on metaphysical expectations
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice.
6. Damage Claims & 48-Hour Reporting Rule
Every item is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment. If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the carrier’s delivery timestamp.

Please include the following information:
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Clear photos of the outer shipping box, packaging, and shipping label
- Your order number and delivery information
Damage reports submitted after 48 hours may be considered post-delivery damage, and we cannot guarantee replacement or refund support.
7. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us first through:

Please do not send your item back without prior approval. Items returned without a return request or approval will not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide the specific return address and return instructions.
8. Return Shipping
For returns that are not related to product quality issues, such as changing your mind, choosing the wrong style, personal preference, or subjective wearing experience, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking number. Heart of Land is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
9. International Orders & Duties
For international orders, import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, and clearance charges are collected by your local government or carrier. These fees are not charged by Heart of Land and cannot be refunded by us.
If an international order is returned, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred during the return process.
10. Anti-Fraud & Chargeback Policy
We review every order and after-sales request carefully, and we reserve the right to investigate abnormal, false, or fraudulent claims.
Heart of Land reserves the right to reject refund requests and submit supporting documentation to payment platforms, carriers, or risk-control channels in cases including but not limited to:
- Claiming an item was not received when tracking shows it was delivered, without valid supporting evidence
- Repeated abnormal returns, chargebacks, or after-sales claims
- Providing false photos, false information, or misleading documents
- Malicious chargebacks or abuse of the return policy
Heart of Land reserves the right to limit or refuse future transactions with accounts associated with fraudulent activity or excessive return / chargeback history.
11. Refund Review & Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect its condition. After the review is complete, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
