● USA, Europe, UK, & Singapore: FREE on orders $99 USD+

● Southeast Asia (MY/TH/ID/PH/VN): FREE on orders $110 USD+

● Middle East & Rest of World: FREE on orders $130 USD+
(Orders below these amounts will have a standard professional rate calculated dynamically at checkout).

 

2. THE SACRED PREPARATION (Processing Time)

Every piece of jewelry and every Lucky Scoop is more than an item—it is an energy tool.

● Energy Cleansing: Please allow 1-3 business days for our team to perform a Selenite cleansing ritual and a final quality inspection before dispatch.

● Cinematic Video: Lucky Scoop selections are recorded live. Your personalized fulfillment video link will be sent to your email within 3 business days.

 

3. DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Your earthly treasures travel through a secure, tracked international corridor:

● USA & Singapore: 5 – 12 Business Days

● Europe, UK & Southeast Asia: 7 – 12 Business Days

● Rest of World: 10 – 15 Business Days
Note: Customers are responsible for providing a 100% accurate shipping address. HeartofLand is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address entry.

 

4. HEAVY ITEM CARE (Crystal Decor)

To ensure the safe arrival of Large Clusters or oversized Crystal Trees (over 2kg), a Heavy-Item Specialty Handling Fee is applied at checkout. This ensures the use of reinforced armor packaging and priority fragile handling.

5. CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

As we ship from our primary sanctuaries in Hong Kong and China, any local customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the guardian (the customer).

6. THE 48-HOUR INTEGRITY RULE (Damages)

We shield our crystals with multi-layer shockproof materials, but nature can be delicate. If your item arrives damaged:

1.Email care@heartofland.com within 48 hours of delivery.

2.Provide clear photos of the damaged crystal AND the shipping label on the original box.
Claims reported after 48 hours will not be eligible for priority replacement.
